- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Order Confirmation: A confirmation email with your order summary and tracking details will be sent once your package ships.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- Delivery partners: We use trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely deliveries across India.
- Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.
- International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
